The controller of your personal data is EazyBoosting. Questions and requests about your data: contact our support team.
1. What we collect
- Account: email address, password (stored only as a hash), nickname, avatar, account type and an optional phone number. Signing in with Google or Discord gives us your email and basic profile from them.
- Marketplace activity: your requests, proposals, chat messages, proof images, reviews, reports and disputes.
- Payments: the billing name and address you enter at checkout and your order details. Card and PayPal details are handled by Stripe and PayPal and never reach us.
- Boosters: the status of your Stripe account (identity documents are collected by Stripe, not by us), the game tracker profile you submit for review, and your payout records.
- Technical data: IP address and request details, used to keep the marketplace secure - for example to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
2. Why we use it
- To run the marketplace, process payments and payouts and send service emails such as address verification and order confirmations (performing our contract with you).
- To keep the marketplace safe, prevent fraud and resolve disputes (our legitimate interests).
- To keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation).
3. Who sees it
- The other side of a job sees your nickname and avatar and what you write in the chat.
- Service providers that run parts of the marketplace for us: Stripe and PayPal (payments and booster verification), our hosting, database and file storage providers, and our email delivery provider.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- We do not sell personal data.
4. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Completed job and payment records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Chats and dispute evidence are kept as long as they are needed to handle disputes and chargebacks.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: your sign-in session and your checkout. No advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under EU law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to your data protection authority - in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). To use your rights: contact our support team.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the version in force.
