Refund & Dispute Policy

Last updated 16 October 2026

Your payment is held by the marketplace while the job is done. The booster is paid only after you confirm the job is complete - until then, you are covered by this policy.

1. Automatic refunds

If a proposal is no longer available when your payment arrives - for example another proposal on the same request was paid first, or the booster withdrew it - the payment is refunded in full automatically.

2. If something goes wrong

Open a dispute from the job in My Activity before confirming it is complete - for example if the work was not done, was not as described, or the booster stopped responding.

While a dispute is open the job is on hold: the booster cannot mark it complete and the payment is not released.

3. How disputes are decided

Our moderators review the request, the proposal, the chat and any proof both sides provide, and decide on a full refund, a partial refund, or payment to the booster. Both sides are notified of the decision.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Stripe and PayPal usually show them within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. After you confirm completion

Confirming completion releases the payment to the booster and closes the job. If you believe you were defrauded after that, contact us.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law. If you are a consumer in the EU you may be able to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days; if the booster has already done part of the work at your request, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the work done. To withdraw or for any refund question: contact our support team.
